How do I convert this to tablespoons?

5oz. glucose
2oz. simple syrup (1:1 ratio)

Original

16oz. white chocolate**
5oz. glucose
2oz. simple syrup (1:1 ratio)
1 # (pound), 8oz. rolled fondant (ready made)

And how much cake would this cover?

I'm interested. Do you melt the chocolate & liquids then add them to the fondant when cooled (since you use premade)?
