I sure was nervous about viewing it but it wasn't the train wreck I expected.
They edited it very well. I was really excited to see my cakes on TV and how it was done.
It was a small cake challenge between 2 designers in Atlanta, myself and another designer. It was a fun experience. I really wouldn't want to be on TV all the time. It is so staged, it is unreal.
But all in all, I was happy with the outcome!
Now I am hoping it will bring in so much business I can hire more help!
