Is the wilton's whipped icing mix in the box the same thing?

LOL - yeah, I know. I found a few boxes tucked away. I was reading the bettercream link, and all of Melviras(?) recipes that call for WI or MWI. Not sure if this wilton stuff could be used for some of the fillings. I am still laughing. ...
