I just got ready to bake a WASC cake and realized that I forgot to get sour cream at the grocery. I have some plain, fat-free yogurt. Will that work in place of the sour cream?
I'm pretty sure that Macsmom (a member here) uses yogurt instead of sour cream. It should work out fine.
