What size cake pans would be best for doing a two tiered cake?
Thinking I might need to buy smaller, as the pans I have are pretty wide but are I believe 3inches deep
I'm not sure on how cake pans are measured but I have one that's 25cms from one side to the other, 3inches deep, and wonder if a 20cm pan from one side to the other also 3inches deep would be fine for a two tiered cake?
It depends on how many servings you want? I am attaching a link for serving size of each pan.
