HI: need to make a 3D gluten free cake. It has to withstand carving . Any good recipe suggestions? Can I just take the chocolate gluten free recipe in 'recipes' and make it sturdier by adding pudding (is that even gluten free?)!
Help please.... icon_smile.gif

Well I wouldn't add pudding in case there is gluten in the pudding mix.The only thing I can suggest is buy the Gluten free mixes that most supermarkets and health food stores sell and use that.It can be very expensive to bake scratch gluten free etc as you need special ingredients like rice flour etc and those are usually twice as much as regular ingredients..

I made this john deere tractor out of the gluten free cake mix and had no problem carving.
