Removing Fondant

how do i go about removing fondant from a dummy? i have an old dummy that the fondant is kind of warped and cracked on from a move and want to redo it.

Put it in a plastic bag, a thick one, whack it on the ground a couple times. If it is dried on rock hard, this is the best way. You don't have to get it wet, don't have to wash pieces of fondant down the sink, no muss no fuss.
