I use this glaze for cinnamon buns (likely the same thing) and I've used it on "timbits" I made with cake:
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 tsp of milk- enough to make drizzly consistency.
HTH (not sure if it's what you were looking for)icon_smile.gif

yep, that looks like the recipe I was taught with one exception -- our measurements were all "enough"

take "enough" PS, then add "enough" milk to make it runny and then add "enough" extract to taste good.

This is how I've always done it too. I call it a "grandma recipe" icon_biggrin.gif
