OKay.. a shout out to all you talented bakers.....
I want to make a chocolate italian cream cake and the recipe here sounds fab but I can not fold in egg whites to save my soul. My cake usually turns out to be a piece of building material for a room add on I want to do... hard as bricks. So I tend to stear away from those types of recipes.
Does anyone have an idea on a choc italian cream w/a cake mix?? I would be forever indebted to you !!

in the recipe sections.. cakepro... has an amazing intalian cream cake. have not made that one.. but have made her others.. look at the recipe and see if you can adjust it to chocolate.. hth
