To save time I ordered a cake from the supermarket to be covered in white butter cream so I could bring it home and decorate it. I am finished decorating it, but whatever icing they used is dry and cracking. What can i do?? The cake looks like a first grade art project!
Can I use luster dust to hide it?
How bad are the cracks? Could you dip a spatula in very hot water, wipe it off and smooth out the cracks?
