Ok here it is. I have been asked to do a cake for the JROTC. I have done the past 2 with snowflakes this one they mentioned snowballs. the colors are blue, white and silver. However the edible image of the Army JROTC logo is red. that really is not too much of a problem but does anyone have any ideas on how to make snowballs a variety of sizes to put on the cake. I was thinking just rolled fondant with coconut. any ideas?
Thanks ,

Hey there! I like that idea - but some people do have coconut allergies so maybe you could make rice crispy balls - and keep them rough looking, then either cover in fondant or maybe dip in white chocolate. Hope that helps some. Have a WONDERFUL day! Julie

Try using shaved white chocolate instead of the coconut.
