Any idea where I can get a good heavy duty steamer for fondant/gumpaste? I really like the shiny look that a steamer gives but I have no idea where to start looking for one.

No real need for a "heavy duty" steamer--anything other than a tiny travel steamer will do a nice job.

I have a "My Little Steamer" by Joy Mangano that I got off of Ebay. I love it--nice sized water reservoir, fine steam stream, no spitting, and relatively inexpensive. I've also seen something very similar in
CVS and Walgreens.

I would check out CVS beforre spending $40 or $50 dollars. I bought a steamer similar to Nick Lodge's for $19.99. I have used it for both flowers and cakes. It works beautifully.

Shucks! I should have looked around more. I would have loved to have spent less.

I use a "steam buddy" (for clothes) that I got at Walgreens for about $12.
