Hi all,

I have recently had requests for a couple wedding cakes using "Funfetti" cake mix. Does anyone have any ideas for flavors for the cakes filling and outer icing? I thought it would nice to have options for something other than the typical vanilla.

Hmmmm... I can't remember having it recently, but isn't the funfetti more of a look than a flavor? I'd guess the base cake is probably a white cake, so I would think it would play well with any flavor you would normally put with a white cake.

So, I think I'd play off of the funfetti colors... maybe a pink strawberry mousse, or green lime curd.
