Ok- I made DH red velvet cupcakes with cake mix dr's white chocolate cream cheese frosting for my christmas party. I was a little dissappointed in the frosting. It didn't seem to be thick enough........had to refrigerate to icing the cupcakes because I felt it would run off and I didn't think it was that tasty. Is it just me????

Sooooooo- I have a person who had them who ordered a cake with the only request of if it could be a little moister. I did not dr the cc's so I am going to dr this cake but just don't know what to do with the frosting. Does anyone have a white choc cream cheese that you love???? Thanks! Have to have it for pick up this afternoon.
