For me, 27 servings at $4 each would be $108 plus tax, delivery, etc. And I know for a fact that $4 is on the low end for many bakers on here.

9" sq = approx 32 servings so

32 X $4.50 (price per serving for fondant)=$144.00

edit to say I'm slicing 1 x 2 x 4" slices.....approx 8 rows across, 4 rows to get the 32 servings....
