How Long Will Cookie Dough Keep?

I made PB cookies and snickerdoodles before Christmas and put the leftover dough in the fridge.

Do you think it is still good? How long will cookie dough keep in the fridge?

I think as long as it has been covered well it should be ok. You could test it just bake a couple and see how they come out.
