I have an order to make a wheat free cake on January 9th and after attempting to bake a wheat-free cake today i found it tasted like well nothing really and it certainly wasn't sturdy enough to put any kind of decoration on the top without it sinking!

Also as it's now NYE and the shops are shut i'm limited to store cupboard ingredients and anything a local convenience store may have.

I know it's well past Jan 9th but if you still need a gluten free recipe I have one...and it's really tasty
