How do I stop my fondant from sweating. We cover cakes with buttercream, then put in freezer for 10 min then cover with fondant. This is the way we would always do it and never had a problem. For some reason now once we put on the fondant, it's all sticky and sweaty. It's takes about 2 hours for it to go away. what could be the problem? It's the winter season, so it's not that humid... ?
