What is your opinion on "The Slice"? Has anyone used it for gum paste or fondant? Is the Cricut still the best?

I was just looking at it and wondering the same thing. I think that all of the same steps would still apply. I think that you would have to let your fondant sit out a little to harden and would have to use shortening to help it stay in place as the machine was cutting.

I would like to know if anyone has used it. The machine is on sale at Michaels this week for $179 (ontario)
