Lindt Chocolate Truffle Center...

Does anyone know how to achieve the creamy center like a lindt chocolate truffle has? When I add cream to chocolate it hardens up. Maybe my ratio is wrong.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I'm sure you just need more cream in your chocolate mixture so that it is softer at room temp. Sorry I don't have a good recipe for you. Maybe 1 part cream to 2 parts dark chocolate.
