I'm in the process of working on a New Year's cake. It's actually a birthday cake for the 1st for the grandmother, but they always do a New Years' cake for her. It's going to be a basic square cake. On top will be a fondant party hat with 2010 on it and stars. I made streamers, plus round and star shaped confetti.
