I recently made a big batch of regular buttercream that I'm not going to use all of. I need to make some cream cheese frosting too since I'm making red velvet CC. Can I just add some cream cheese and extra PS to some of my regular buttercream or do I need to start a new batch(which I really don't want to have to do)?

Hi, I haven't done it that way. But I'm sure you can do it, because its the same ingredients that go for the creamcheease frosting. icon_smile.gif
