Hi All, Does anyone use the recipes from the (Cake Bible) for your decorated sheet cakes? If so, how do you make enough to fill the sheet cake pans since most recipes call for 2 round pans? Do you just triple the recipe according to the servings you are needing? HELP!!!!!!!
The amount that fills 2 round pans is generally the same amount used for a (2" high) 9x13 (aka "quarter sheet") pan. So for an 18x12 ("half sheet") you'd double and for a 24x18 ("full sheet") you'd quadruple. HTH
