Hi to allCCer's does anyone have the TT pans from Icing on the cake??
I ordered them and tried out the 8in and i think i filled it to much.I had cake running off the edge of the pan, good thing i put it onto a bread pan. Then i noticed that i had to bake it a very long time, about 1hr , and when i turned it out it had a hole in the middle like cake was missing.Im thinking it may have been the batter that ran over on to the pan. Any ways just wanted to see if you have these pans, Im going to call the company and ask what the fill line should be,

On the ones I've seen though, I thought that little ramp looking thing was supposed to keep it level.
I read somewhere, for the bigger ones, a can(cleaned inside and out, with both ends removed) was used as a heating core for the larger sizes.
