I have been a member of CC for several years now, mostly as a lurker. The information and inspiration I have gleaned from this site has been immeasurably valuable. Where would I be without chocolate transfers and the roller method of smoothing buttercream?
My dream is to someday open my own bakery and I plan to go to culinary school after completing a business and nutritional science double major.
Currently, I am looking for internships for summer 2010 to gain some experience. If you have an availability in your kitchen or any tips for an aspiring baker please PM me!
