How Do I Dip Red Valvet Cake Balls Without Color Running?

I just rolled some red velvet cake balls...getting ready to dip and am worried that the red color will run in the white chocolate...
Any thoughts or is there a way to avoid this?

I had put mine in the freezer for about an hour and took them out and dipped right away and they didn't run on me HTH
