I just rolled some red velvet cake balls...getting ready to dip and am worried that the red color will run in the white chocolate...

Any thoughts or is there a way to avoid this?

I have made lots of red velvet cake balls and usually dip in chocolate and never have a problem with the colors running. Tho somebody else might have.

Don't think that will be a problem, just go ahead and dip a couple, you'll see.
