I'm looking for some different recipes for buche de noel. I have one that I like a lot but was wondering, can any cake recipe be used in a jelly pan? Does anyone have any good dark chocolate recipes they would like to share? ANy flavor would be appreciated, thanks.

I have a great one that's a chocolate cake with a peppermint whipped cream filling. I don't really want to take the time to type it here unless you're truly interested in it. Please let me know.
