Looking For A Tutotial For Ornament Mini Cakes

My biggest question is how do you get the fondant all around the ball- doesn't it bunch up where it all meets and make a horrible seam or mess?
I don't know how they did it!:
I've been looking for tutorials online but haven't found any, I'be greatful for any directions/methods for this.

ofcourse you would have a seam, some of them you would be able to cover with the decorations, some you just face the seam side down (like the most in the pic).

Yes, I was planning on some seam of course. I was just asking what the best way was to cover with minimal seam. Like draping the ball with fondant and working it that way or is there a certain shape you can cut the fondant that will give a better result. I just dont know how to approach this.
