I have to do a cake for someone, who just literally wants melted milk & white chocolate as a filling & spread about a choc sponge cake. I'm worried however, that once it has set again, it will just be hard. She refuses to have ganache or BC or any other type of coating/filling. If I mixed the choc with a touch of hot milk, would this soften the end result slightly? As long as this will work, I could get away with this for her, but she does not like cream, so that I cannot use. TIA thumbs_up.gif

i would expect it to set too, maybe glycerin would help.

I found this recipe:

I'm using it tonight so I can't swear it doesn't get too hard but it is delicious and tastes like straight chocolate! Good luck!
