Hi,

I just tried making rolled butter cream for the first time for cookies.

It was UBER hard to work with, and then I took a bite and lets just saw... well it tasted like crap.

is there a way to make rolled butter cream without shortening as the main ingresiant? Or alnother recipe I can try, It was so gross,

TIA
