I took Wilton course 1 @ AC Moore in Philadelphia and got the cake decorating bug. Unfortunately on the 4th week of class our teacher passed away. It took a while for the store to find another teacher and when they did the class times don't fit my work schedule. I would like any info about other classes or other ways to learn in the Philadelphia area.

If you are willing to drive to Lancaster, you should definately take one of Julie Bashore's class. Here is her website: http://www.cakedecoratingandconfectioneryclasses.com/
She is absolutely amazing and is worth 10 times what she charges.

Where in Philly? I'm in Lower Bucks and several of the Michaels and Joanns offer all the Wilton classes including fondant and gumpaste....

Fantes offers classes. I can't attest to them, but it's a great bakeshop!
