Does anyone know where to get a fondant sheeter and whats the cost of them? Thsnks

I have seen them on ebay for $1,500 to $3,000.

It depends on how big you want, but new they are about $4-6K.

You'd need a 30" sheeter for most applications. You might be able to get away with a 20" machine if you don't do large cakes, but a 12" cake would require at least a 20" sheet of fondant to cover it (12" across and 4" for each side).

Sheeters are a luxury item that I *wish* I could afford.
