I am making fondant penguins today for a cake due on Saturday (4 days) What is the proper way to store them? Leave out, plastic bag, refrigerate?

you could just leave them out or put them in a cake box and store in a safe, dry place....that's what I used to do. I have thin sheets of foam rubber that I put the decorations on (so they are cushioned and dry well) inside the box, then put on my supply closet shelf.
