I have a question about keeping cream cheese icing.. I'll make it a few days ahead of time and refridgerate. However, once I decorate my cupcakes can it stay out overnight at room temp? I'll ice the cupcakes around 7pm and they will be served around 1pm the next day.
I hope this doesn't sound stuipd of me, considering the ingredients. But I am fairly new to scratch baking and caking in general.
