I have just gotten Kathy Scott's Petite fours kit and I was sondering do you use the poured fondant recipe in the molds, or another recipe? Which ones have worked the best for you?
I was under the impression her molds were made for use with chocolate. I saw her demo these at an ICES convention and bought a set. She used melted chocolate with a little bit of paramount crystals (crisco works too) mixed in as the shell and put the cake in the mold with a little dab of icing.
