Hi my CC family,

I am making Alton Brown's Lemon Curd Recipe....Need to use it as a filling in a lemon cake. Do I need to refridgerate the cake if I fill it with the lemon curd.

Customer wants the lemon Curd filling but doesn't want the cake to be refrigerated, but I know it has eggs in there so i'm thinking it may go bad if it isn't refrdgerated.

Thanks a Bunch!

Yeah it needs to be refridgerated. Get some of the never, ever go bad live through a nuclear bomb sleeve stuff.

I thought about the sleeve filling but was wondering if taste good...Maybe I can add some lemon extract to enhance the flavour?

Thanks...
