Just thought I'd share in case anyone is in the market for a new fridge.
I Love the groove I got into today. Baked about 150 cookies. No Spreading!! I recently got a new fridge, french door with freezer at bottom. I can stack the cookie pans (crisscross) in the fridge, hit the 'fast cool' button and then into the oven after about 15 minutes. This fast cool feature is designed for when you're in and out of the fridge a lot, or load a bunch of groceries, it brings the temp down for two hours, and I just turn it back off after my cookies go into the oven. So much easier to put the cookie pans in than my old side-by-side.
