I have 2 cakes out on delivery right now, only about 10 minutes until they get there and I just realized I forogt to put the name on them!
Do I discount ?
The cakes themselves are fine, I just forgot to write the names on the boards.

Wait for them to come to you with the issue. If the cakes are fine and look nice...they might not complain about it.

IF they do complain....Apologize for the oversight and offer a coupon/ gift certificate for cake balls or something. 6 free cupcakes...whatever. Gauge your remedy by how they initially approach you.

I would wait and see if they say something as well.

They loved them ! I called the customer and let her know my oversight and once she saw the cake she was fine with it.
Whew I was just worried there for a sec. Thanx a bunch!
