When To Put Fresh Roses On A Cake? Please Help!!!!!!

I just finised making and stacking my wedding cake for an early morning wedding. I have Fresh Roses and need to get the cake to the venue tonight because the ceremony is early morning and Im in it! Just wondering if I can put the roses in tonight and if they will be ok for the morning?

Please Help!!!

Are the roses for a topper that's utilizing a flower holder ring:

Are you using individual flower spikes:

Are the roses going between the tiers (in florist's styrofoam on a separator plate)?

I wouldn't recommend it unless they are arranged in a piece of oasis floral form. Even if you put them in a tube, they can suck all the water out easily over night.
