I tried to make these the other day, and needless to say it was a disaster. The first few coated great, then the rest melted! The temp was constant, so why would they melt after the first ones didn't? After that, the ones that did coat well, bloomed? Not sure what to call it, it's like spots of the gummies came thru the chocolate. Does anyone have any suggestions to do this properly?
