The other day I ate a banana & as soon as I finished it my daughter gave me a piece of gingerbread cookie & I tell you I really liked the flavor combo... So I peeled another banana & ate a piece of it with a piece of GB cookie, I don't really like the 2 textures together, however I really like the 2 flavors together, does anyone know or have a receipe involving the 2 flavors? I had a roommate in college that liked to make gingerbread cake. She always served it with whipped cream and sliced bananas. It was fantastic... love the combination!!!

Just make a gingerbread cake, and fill it with banana.
