I have previously made peony roses for a wedding cake needed for this weekend. I have made the flowers with no wires. I am having problems with them sitting on the top of the cake and on the middle and bottom tier. Can i reshape them anyway?? I was thinking of steaming the bottom then trying to reshape them. Will this work??

I think they'll break, but you could try one and see what happens, as long as you have extras. Why don't you color some fondant the same shade as the flowers and then you can make bases for the flowers with it on the cake, so you can adjust their angle by how they're set into the balls of fondant?
