Anyone have a good recipe for a hazelnut buttercream or filling? Planning on pairing it with a deep chocolate cake.
I would do this nutella mousse and just omit the coffee granules.
Another great idea is if you can get your hands on a can of hazelnut praline (a paste that is 50% ground hazelnuts, 50% sugar), just mix it in with icing or ganache. I mixed it with IMBC and topped my intensely dark chocolate cupcakes with it...it was to die for!
