Have a great Chocolate mousse recipe I think i can just substitue white chocolate for bittersweet but not sure weither to use peppermint pieces or flavoring? Mousse has to be baked. Any suggestions would be appreciated greatly

IMHO I would say use the flavoring just because the colors from the peppermint might bleed during the baking time and turn the whole thing pink.

There's always the LorAnn peppermint oils -- but use it gently, a little goes a LONG way! icon_biggrin.gif
