My search abilities must Suck! icon_cry.gif I know this has been covered, but can't find it. How long can you freeze raw cookie dough?

I've frozen mine for weeks ..even months...depends on the dough...

I grew up learning that the point of freezing was for long term food storage. If packaged/wrapped properly, I'd say just short of "forever".
