how much would you charge for a 3 tiered cake (6'' 9'' 12'') each tier is two layers of red velvet cake with buttercream icing? it will have a few gumpaste flowers. it's for family so i don't want to over charge, but she told me to charge like she was a stranger

No less than 3 per serving so if you do the math it is about 100 servings =$300 if it is a round cake. For future reference I am attaching a link that gives serving charts for the industry
