I am working on a 3D car cake. vanilla cake w/ SMBC, will be covered in fondant.

I do generally refrig my cakes with no problem but I need to airbrush the fondant and I am concerned it will go all weird on my if I put it in the frig. I am delivering tomorrow evening.

So, should I put it in the frig or just leave it out? What would you do?
Thank you!

I don't airbrush - so I'm not sure about that.

But I would put it in the fridge since you're using SMBC.

I would refrigerate it and then let it come to room temp before air brushing it and it shoudl be fine.
