I have already sent Edna a PM on yesterday. There was a thread, that I can't seem to locate. They were talking about the topsy turvy cakes and its ability to be totally done in buttercream. I believe it was Edna who says that most of hers were done in buttercream instead of fondant.

If anyone knows of that thread or has any tips on doing the buttercream topsy turvy that would be much appreciated.
