As I've stated before I am an old, retired Buttercreme dog looking to learn some new basic fondant tricks for family cakes....just embellismments, my family won't eat a cake iced with fondant.

I see that Wilton has 2-one that is the instructional book for the fondant class ($4.50), and one that has ideas and examples for fondant cakes ($14.95). I just need basics....such as attaching fondant to BC, when to add Tylose, etc.

I'd appreciate any recommendtions that you might have for these books or maybe something better.
